My name is Laura, but most people call me Wank due to an unfortunate twist of events where i was born to Mr. and Mrs. Wank. I didn't actually find out my last name had any dirty connotation until grade seven when i was torn from my blissful unawareness into the reality that British men everywhere had been laughing at me since birth.*
I named this blog Pretenious Latin Name (with no caps) because i play alot of World of Warcraft - Which I'm not particularly proud of. Anyways, most guilds on my server have stupid latin names that wouldn't make sense unless you looked them up on the interent. Just to be deep (because I assume all writers craft teachers like metaphors) I'll pretend like my life is like a pretentious latin name; something you wouldn't understand unless you looked into it (even though I could tell you my entire life in one or two sentances). I like loud, obnoxious indie music, video games, my Mother, Big Ben's breakfast Diner and Peter Jackson full flavor. I drink on the weekends, I see a pyschologist during the week and I write down all my crazy government conspiracies in a journal when i have silly anxiety attacks about being a robot sent from outer-space. I think about thinking, alot of the time, which people tell me is relatively normal so I hope whoever is reading this doesn't think I'm too crazy.
Despite obvious flaws, I lead a normal life. I talk to my dog like this: "Whooooosh a good boy?! Oh yesh Jake-man's a good boy. You so sloppery. Nom nom nom." and eventually I'm going to go to post-secondary school for Art and design. the end.
